Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

• You can return your products within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags and invoice.

2. Return Procedure

1. Initiate Return – Email info@crunchyfashion.com or contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Mention your order ID and reason for return.
2. Pack Your Order – Ensure it’s securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
3. Send or Schedule Pickup –
   • Damaged/Wrong Products: Free return pickup.
   • Other Reasons: Ship to: Crunchy Fashion Private Limited H-101, First Floor, Noida Sec 63 Uttar Pradesh, Pin – 201301
   • If you want us to arrange pickup, ₹80 will be deducted from your refund.
4. Notify Us – Share the Waybill Number and courier details via email once shipped.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued only as Store Credits (gift card with unlimited validity).
• After receiving your return, a quality check will be done.
• If approved, store credits will be issued within 7–15 working days.
• If the item is not in sellable condition, it will be sent back with no refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us. Once shipped, you must wait for delivery and then return within 7 days.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at info@crunchyfashion.com or call +91-9410050306 to initiate.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Return Pickup Refusal

Free pickup is only for damaged/wrong products. For other returns, customers must ship or request a paid pickup (₹80 deduction).
